Whether you book online or make a phone or email booking, I will make time to reach out and speak with you before your  booking is accepted.  This will help us both to ensure my approach is the right fit for you. If you decide to go ahead with your booking, an upfront payment of $125 is required for first time clients at the time of booking. This payment will be refunded if you cancel within 48 hours. Otherwise our cancellation policy applies.
